Originally from Mexico City, he built his career in the United States through hard work, strategic planning, and a commitment to community-focused development.
With decades of experience in construction, property acquisition, and mixed‑use and multifamily projects, Jerry has led successful ventures through Roca Corporation, Baloru Properties, and WEARESOCIETY—where he serves as founder and Executive Director, advancing affordable housing in underserved communities.
Today, he brings that same discipline and operational excellence to the trucking and logistics industry. His companies prioritize reliability, transparency, and integrity, shaped by years of managing crews, development teams, and multimillion‑dollar projects. Whether developing housing or building logistics solutions that keep America moving, Jerry leads with vision, purpose, and a relentless work ethic.

Fernando Rodriguez is a seasoned business owner, logistics operator, and CDL driver recognized for his efficiency, reliability, and hands-on leadership. As Owner and Chief Operating Officer of R Team Logistics, he directs daily operations, fleet performance, dispatch coordination, and compliance—ensuring every load is delivered safely, professionally, and on schedule.
With extensive experience in trucking operations, Fernando oversees route optimization, equipment maintenance, broker communication, and driver performance. His operational discipline, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to customer satisfaction have positioned R Team Logistics as a trusted partner in transportation solutions.

Mayra Rodriguez is the Administration Manager and Co-Owner of R Team Logistics, where she brings strong organizational, financial, and operational administration skills to the company.
